iSuRRF™ 2026 is a newly developed product and venture, distinct from the iSuRRF concept and activities undertaken from 2016 through the former IDPM Group.
The 2026 product comprises newly developed software, operating architecture, methodologies, documentation, and commercial systems, and does not purport to acquire, assume, or appropriate any asset, liability, contract, or proprietary right of any former IDPM Group entity or company in liquidation.
References to the earlier iSuRRF are made solely to acknowledge the historical origin and development lineage of the concept. Nothing in this notice is intended to determine, waive, or prejudice any rights that may exist in relation to assets of any former IDPM Group entity.
